Jerilon is responsible for coordinating the initial set up of each new client and then overseeing their transition to the operations team. In this role Jerilon reviews the client’s processes and converts them into custom configuration of the EA rules. Jerilon also manages and coordinates the OCR (scanning) setup to optimize the accuracy and speed of the process. Once the site is deployed, she is responsible for coordinating the testing of the rules and data transfers.
Finally Jerilon is instrumental in coordinating and conducting the training of the client’s staff in the use of the EasyAccess systems. Jerilon has been with the company from its early inception in 2008 helping to build and guide our continuous improvement.
